Summary of changes
Links to individuals still exist when deactivated
When an individual is deactivated, the following connections to users/individuals will now be removed:
· Where the deactivated individual is a proxy user or has a proxy user
· Where the deactivated individual is linked to a system user
An additional confirmation checkbox will be added to the ‘deactivate individual’ overlay if either of the conditions above are met.

Once the individual is deactivated, all proxy/linked user connections will be removed from the deactivated individual and all relevant individuals.
If the individual is reactivated, the proxy user or linked user will not be re-added automatically.
Assessments:
View response history when sent back
When viewing an assessment as an admin/auditor user, or as a reviewer, and the assessment has progressed to a ‘Ready to review’ state, a new option will appear to view the history of the answer.

When selected the overlay will display the changes made to the questions answer and text.

Show additional data fields on assessment questions - Assessment response/review
Custom assessment questions now have the option to add additional fields to a question.
When creating/updating a question, a new option of ‘Manage additional fields’ is present at the bottom of the ‘Advanced options’ section.

When selected the overlay will display all the additional fields for selection.

When the selection is saved and the ‘Update’ option is selected, the additional fields will be displayed on the question summary on the manage sections and questions page.

The respondent, reviewers, Admin and Auditor users can all see the additional fields applicable to the assessment.

The additional fields are also displayed on the assessment PDF.

The additional data fields have also been added to the answer by question pages.
The relevant additional data fields will appear for all individuals.

Add background screening date to assessments questions – Answer by question & export
The background screening date has now been added as a read-only field to the import & export file when answering by question.
If a question has ‘show background screening date’ turned on, the import & export file will have the ‘Last background screening date’ column like so:

If the individual has a background screening date, it will be listed in the column. Any individuals that do not have a background screening date will have ’N/A’ appear instead.
Show addition data fields on assessment questions - Export by question
If an assessment question has an additional field linked to it and a new assessment has been created and the individual has a value for the additional field, when the respondent (who must be a user) exports the answer by question template, the excel file will now display the additional fields.
Where an individual does not have a value for the specified additional field, it will display ‘N/A’.

The file can then be imported with the answer to the question and any additional detail. Please note, the additional field values cannot be updated in this import.
Show adverse responses in all assessment stages
Adverse responses will now be highlighted during the assessment response and review process.
Once a staged assessment has progressed past Stage 1, any questions that failed in a previous stage will be highlighted to the respondents and reviewers. There will be a red icon with the number of failed questions, and the questions will be highlighted in red when the section is expanded.

Auditor role access
Auditor access has been updated so that access can be granted for certain areas of the system.
On the user profile page, there will be a new option called ‘Manage auditor role’ (if the user has the ‘auditor’ role).

The page that loads will include checkboxes for system area access, firm access and regime access, similar to the ’manage admin role’ page.

Access can be tailored to the exact needs/responsibilities of the auditor, and will take effect when the auditor next logs in.
The selected access will also show on the user profile page.
