Go to the individual's profile and open the Certificate tab. Select View to access the existing certificate.

Amending the Certificate

Click Amend on the right-hand side. This will revert the certificate to a draft state, allowing you to add or remove significant harm functions as needed.

Re-Issuing the Certificate

Once changes are complete, click Issue Certificate. You can set the start date and choose to notify the individual, their line manager, and/or the regulatory manager via email.
