To begin, navigate to the Assessments tab and select Fit & Proper (or Attestation if applicable, as they function similarly).

Select the Start Multiple Assessments button on the right-hand side. You will be prompted to select a firm to conduct the assessments for.

Using the Assessments Wizard
The Assessments Wizard allows you to configure the multiple assessments. Start by giving the assessment a name for internal reference. You can add additional firms as needed and use filters to narrow the scope by regime, position, location, or other additional fields.

Additional Options:
- Include Inactive Individuals? (Yes/No)
- Include Individuals with Valid Assessments That Expire Soon? (Yes/No)
If you choose "Yes," you can specify the number of days until expiry to include these individuals. - Assessment Forward Date Valid From
This will ensure that all F&P assessments are aligned and valid from the same date. - Assessment Expiry
You can either: - Set a specific expiry date.
- Set it to expire within a defined time period.
- Assessment Expiry Date
Enter the date that the assessment will expire. By default this is 12 months from creation of the assessment.
Configuring the Assessment Template
After initial setup, click Continue. On the next page, you will configure the assessment template using one of two options:
- Use Template:
Choose an existing template for the assessment. - Automatically Assign:
Assign questions based on predefined filters at the question level (e.g., questions specific to senior managers will only be assigned to relevant individuals).

When choosing Use Template, you will be prompted to select from two options:
- Assign All Questions in the Template to Each Individual:
This option ensures that every question in the selected template is assigned to every individual in the assessment. - Only Assign Questions Relevant to Each Individual:
This option assigns questions based on each individual's role, position, or other specified criteria. For example, if certain questions are designated for senior managers only, they will be assigned exclusively to individuals with that role.
Filtering and Reviewing Individuals
The next page displays a pre-filtered list of individuals who meet the criteria. Here, you can:
- View each individual's Fit & Proper expiry date.
- Select and remove individuals from the process if necessary.
- Include additional individuals who were not captured by the previous filters.

Configuring Question Respondents
Click Continue to configure question respondents. You can:
- Update respondents (e.g., Assessee, Line Manager, Regulatory Manager).
- Add other respondents using the Add Other Respondents button.
- Assign questions based on the selected respondents.

Setting Due Dates and Notifications
You can set due dates for each section of the Fit & Proper assessment or an overall due date that applies to all sections.

Additionally, there is a Warning Notification option, allowing you to specify the number of calendar days before the due date that a warning notification should be sent to respondents. This can be left blank if no warning is needed.

Configuring Reviewers
In the Reviewers tab, you can choose to have a first reviewer only or both a first and second reviewer based on your configuration. When assigning reviewers, you can dynamically set:
- The individual being assessed as the reviewer.
- The individual's line manager as the reviewer.
- The individual's regulatory manager as the reviewer.
Alternatively, you can manually select a reviewer from the list. Optionally, you can set a review due date.

Completing the Assessments
After reviewing the summary of all configurations, click Complete. The system will process and send out the assessments via email. Users do not need system access and can respond through token access by clicking the link in the email.
