In PRM, policies play a crucial role in scheduling activities that must be completed for effective compliance.
To add new policies or edit existing policies, navigate to the Policy > Manage Policies page.

Policy Info
The Policy Info tab allows you to assign a name to the policy, specify its activation date, and set an expiry date. In this section, you can also define permissions regarding who can apply the policy and configure exceptions.
Additionally, you can determine whether the policy allows for repeat recommendations. When enabled, the system will issue recommendations for the policy as long as the relevance criteria are still met, regardless of past compliance.

Relevance
The Relevance tab enables you to set the criteria that determine who is recommended for the policy. If this section is left empty, no one will be recommended for the policy. However, policies can be saved without criteria and updated later.
This section includes rules for recommending the policy, with two main conditions:
- Applicability Conditions: If no conditions are specified, the rule applies to everyone. If this is not the intent, be sure to add appropriate conditions.
- Recommend Conditions: These conditions can specify that individuals are recommended based on their membership in a particular group or their completion status of certain policies, activities, or events.

Activities
The Activities section allows you to define the activities that are part of the policy. Activities can be set as single or recurring, and you can specify the number of instances that need to be completed.
For recurring activities, you can establish a schedule based on various timeframes—days, weeks, fortnights, months, quarters, half-years, or years—and specify a particular day of the month (e.g., the 1st). Additionally, you can add default discussion points, define outcome requirements (no outcome, pass, fail), and set required ratings (Pass, Pass with Development, Fail).
Once configured, a message will appear below indicating the scheduling details, such as: “Complete 1 instance of 1-2-1 every 3 months for 12 months (4 total activities).”

Saving and Reviewing Policies
At any point during the setup, the policy can be saved. Once you are satisfied with the configuration, clicking “Next” will take you to the review section, where you can see an overview of the policy details.

Applying Policies
Policy recommendations will be displayed in the individual's policy report on the Policy Recommendations tab. From this section, you can click “Apply Policy” apply the policy to the individual.

Policies are also displayed on the individuals dashboard:
