The IAR System has the ability to export all individual data, into a single excel file. This can be valuable for reconciliation or for bulk updates as the export file is in the correct format to import into the system. This export contains valuable data such as; Regime, Position, Firm, Line Manager etc.

To access this system export, you may need to contact your company admin or one of the support team to give access as this file will contain sensitive information, therefore is not turned on by default.

Start by navigating to the individuals page. Here there will be the option to export to the left of the individual settings button.

The system will ask for a reason as to why you are exporting this data. You are also able to filter the export to only include individuals within a specified Firm or Regime. Clicking Export, the Excel file will then appear in your downloads.
