Accessing Exception Configurations
You can find the exception configurations by navigating to My Company > Manage Exception Configurations.
This section provides an overview of existing configurations, allowing you to view, delete, or add new policy configurations as needed.

Adding a New Exception Configuration
To add a new policy configuration, you must provide a name for the configuration and specify who can raise and grant exceptions. The available options for raising exceptions include:
- Individual Can Raise
- Manager Can Raise
- Supervisor Can Raise
- Second Line Manager Can Raise
- Second Line Supervisor Can Raise
- Admin Can Raise
For granting or denying exceptions, the following roles can be assigned:

- Second Line Manager Can Grant or Deny
- Second Line Supervisor Can Grant or Deny
- Admin Can Grant or Deny
In both cases, you have the option to require approval before an exception is raised or granted.
