Changes to Labels on CPD Additional Information

We have introduced the option to re-name the below titles of the boxes within the CPD additional information section within an activity. Should you chose to re-name a title, this will be applied site wide. The change to the title will need to be configured by Trailight, so should you wish to amend your system please get in touch with the support portal where we will be able to assist you.

Warning Banner for Upcoming Inactivity Log Out Timer

We have introduced a warning banner that will appear with a countdown to being logged out due to inactivity. There is an option to click to extend your session if required.

The option to click to extend the session is configurable and can be switched off if your organisation does not wish to utilise this, but it will be on by default. If you do not wish to use the option to extend the session, the warning banner will still display to ensure you are aware of an upcoming log out. Should you not wish to allow the option to extend the session, please get in touch with the support portal as this is something that must be configured by Trailight.

Flashing Countdown and Warning Banner for Active Log Out Timer

When your session in PRM has 10 minutes remaining, the countdown clock in the top right hand corner will flash red and you will receive a banner confirming you will need to log back in.
