Key functions is an optional feature that can be used to record Key functions, or be adapted for other purposes such as showing additional roles/responsibilities held/delegated.
They can be viewed by going to Firms and select the firm.

Click the Customise key functions button.

Any existing Key functions will be shown in a list. A new one can be created by clicking Create a new key function button and entering the name and description. The name and description of an existing Key function can be updated by clicking Update. Changes to and adding/removing holders can be made by clicking Manage holders.

Existing active holders will be shown on the Active holders tab with the options to view, update, end or remove by clicking the burger menu. To add a new holder click the +Add key functions holder button and search for the individual and enter the effective from date and narrative.

Key functions will be shown on the diagram/table of responsibilities in the MRM.


There is also an optional Key functions table later in the MRM to display all the details.
