Summary of Changes

Auditor Access

We have introduced  a new ‘Auditor’ Administration level in PRM. This allows read only Administrator access to the system, viewing all areas that an Administrator can view, without any edit permissions. You can assign the ‘Auditor’ role to an individual using the ‘Auditor’ Administration Group in their role details page.

An Auditor will be able to view the entire system, but have more limited menu options than an Administrator, all configuration areas can be viewed, but any areas that allow you to assign any activities / events / policies have been removed, as you are unable to assign, edit or cancel as an Auditor, you may only view.

You will see below that the configuration page for Activities for example, allows an Auditor to view the configuration, but can not make any amendments to the configuration itself.

Auditors of the system will not receive email notifications and their ‘Auditor’ role will take precedence over any other roles held.

Scheme Administrator Access

We have also introduced a new level of Administrator in PRM called ‘Scheme Administrator’. A Scheme Administrator has Administrator access to the system, without having access to any of the configuration areas. You can assign the ‘Scheme Administrator’ role to an individual using the ‘Scheme Administrator’ Administration Group in their role details page.

A Scheme Administrator will be able to view all Admin Areas of the system, but access to the configuration areas have been restricted. A Scheme Administrator will have the ability to create and archive individuals, assign, edit, cancel activities / events / policies and will receive any Email Notifications directed to Administrators. Essentially this type of role mirrors the ‘Administrator’ role, barring the ability to amend configuration, as you will see from the below screenshot – the configuration options in the menus do not appear for a ‘Scheme Administrator’.
