A guide to system settings - Group emails
To open System settings click your profile icon and System settings.

Click Group emails on the left hand menu to view any existing group emails. Click + Add group email to set up a new group email.

This feature enables you to add multiple email addresses. To add a single group mailbox they will require set up as a user account first then adding in the System user recipients box using the add recipients button.
