Summary of changes

Display Appointed Rep functions

A new feature has been added that will allow the display of controlled functions for individuals in the appointed representative regime. Please request this be activated via support.

Once switched on, any individuals in the appointed representative regime will have a new option on their individual summary to ‘Update controlled functions’.

This will load an overlay with the current controlled functions on. All of the controlled functions can be added or removed via the update overlay.

Once selected, the controlled functions will display on the individual summary.

These can be removed using the remove icons to the left of each controlled function, or via the update overlay.

Central email location - read receipts and send out receipts, and filters

A new feature has been added that will allow the display of email receipts including sent/delivered dates, opened dates and clicked dates.

Administrators will need the ‘Email notifications’ role to view this feature.

Navigate to the new menu option called ‘Email notifications’ via the profile icon.

The ‘Email notifications’ page is a table of all emails sent from the system. The table will include the email subject, recipient, recipient email and whether the email was redirected to another email address.

Results can be filtered via the ‘filter’ option in the top right. Users can filter on free text (applies to subject/recipient name/recipient email), specific email template, specific system areas, and date ranges for all date types.

For clients with a Mailgun configuration, the grid will also show delivered date, opened date and clicked date.

For clients with a Pixel configuration, the grid will show sent date and opened date instead.

Please note that emails will not trigger an opened date if automatic download of pictures is disabled. Mailgun tracks the exact date and time an email is opened by tracking an image embedded in the email. If opened date tracking is required, please ensure that picture download/HTML content is allowed for system emails.

Please note that a timestamp for opened date may show before the email is opened by the recipient. This is due to automated email scanning that some email clients use as an additional security measure. Usually in these instances, the opened date will show very quickly after the delivered date.
