Certificate - Regenerate enhancements

When viewing an individual's latest valid certificate or directory page, the option to regenerate the certificate will be present.  When the ‘Regenerate certificate PDF’ option is selected the confirmation overlay will be displayed.

Selecting the ‘Confirm’ option will regenerate the certificate with the latest certificate defaults and directory data and will notify the selected individuals.

If none of the notify options are selected the new certificate will be generated without any notifications being sent.
