Linking and individual account and a user account is necessary if you would like a user to be able to log in and perform actions on the system.

It is worth noting that individuals do not need a user account to be able to complete F&P's, Reviews, Delegations etc. as they will receive a token link via email that provides them temporary access to undertake these actions on the system.

First you will need to create a user account, then navigate to the individual that you would like to link, via the Individual search page.
