Summary of Changes
Allow Actions to be raised after 1-2-1 complete
We have now introduced the ability to be able to continue to raise actions within a 1-2-1 after the 1-2-1 has been signed off.

Auto Calculation of Overall Rating within Supervisory Assessments
We have introduced the ability for Supervisory Assessments to automatically calculate the Overall Rating of an assessment based on parameters within the configuration. This functionality will use the numerical values of each rating, currently set within the rating set configuration.
The layout of the Supervisory Assessment configuration page has changed to accommodate for this new functionality. The top of the page now displays tool options, which combines the rating sets and options for appeals / sign off options.

The next section for the Standards has been increased in size.

We have a new section called 'Overall Assessment Auto Calculation'. By default this will be unticked, but if you'd like to activate this new feature on a Supervisory assessment you can check the top box 'Allow Overall Assessment Rating to be Auto Calculated based on Standard Ratings'. When using this, you will see that you are able to select the Calculation Type; Average, Highest Rating, Lowest Rating, Total. All of these options utilise the values set against each rating to determine the suggested rating.
You will also see the option to exclude certain standards from the Auto Calculation if there are standards that should not be included in the calculation.

There is also the option to allow an Override of the Calculated Rating should you wish the Assessor to have the ability to amend this prior to sign off.
Once this is configured, when an Assessment is completed, the following modal will appear to confirm the calculated rating. If overrides have been allowed, you will be able to select 'Override Rating'.

When overriding, the Assessor will be able to select the Overall Assessment Rating and add a rationale for the override.

Once signed off, the rating will appear at the bottom of the Assessment. If the rating has been overridden there will also be confirmation of this displaying the original suggested rating and the rationale for the override.

Indicate if a Rating is Pass or Fail
Within the configuration of Rating Sets, we now have the ability to indicate whether a rating is a pass / neutral / fail rating, which will assist with reporting purposes.
