To configure default dates and periods for assessments, navigate to the Assessments section, select Fit & Proper (or Attestation, as they function similarly), and then click on Default Dates/Periods.

Setting the Default Expiry Date

You can configure the default expiry date for assessments in one of the following ways:

  • Set a Specific Expiry Date
This option allows you to set assessments to expire on a particular day and date of a specific month.
  • Set to Expire Within a Time Period
This option lets you specify how many days, weeks, or months the assessment should remain valid.

Configuring the Default Warning Period

The default warning period is the number of days, weeks, or months prior to the assessment’s expiry date when renewal notifications will be sent out.

Setting the Expiring Soon Period

The Expiring Soon Period determines the number of days, weeks, or months before the assessment expiry date when it will display as "expiring soon."
