To access the notification settings for assessments, go to the Assessments section and select Fit & Proper (or Attestation, as they function similarly) then, click on Fit & Proper Notification Settings.

Configuring Notifications for Expiring or Expired Assessments

From the notification settings, you can specify who should be alerted when an assessment is nearing expiration or has already expired. Select the appropriate individual from the dropdown list.

Setting Up Email Notifications for Assessment Outcomes

You can also determine who should receive an email notification when an assessment is marked as passed or failed. The available options include:

• Individual Being Assessed
• Creator of the Assessment
• Line Manager of the Individual Being Assessed
• Regulatory Manager of the Individual Being Assessed
• Senior Manager Responsible (The senior manager accountable for the firm's performance under the employee certification regime)
• An Admin

Saving Your Configuration

Once your settings are configured, click Update to save your changes.
