Summary of changes
MRM - Option to hide draft/live watermark
The ‘Draft preview’, ‘Live preview’ and ‘Draft’ watermarks can now be hidden on the MRM. The watermarks will display by default; they can be hidden by selecting to view the management responsibilities map from the firm summary page. Select to edit the document design and then the display. A new option of ‘General’ is now present and when selected will display the options.

Toggling any of the options on/off will display a warning message that after saving the changes the page will need to be refreshed in order to display any changes.

Once the notification has been turned off, the watermark will not be displayed on the relevant preview or draft MRM view and PDF documents.
Audit access – Update area access for History (Full audit) page
It is no longer a requirement for an admin user to have full ‘System area access’ for them to view the History feature. The ‘All individual export’ or ‘Permanently delete documentation’ access can now be removed, whilst still allowing the user to view the full History details.
FCA Directory – Historic cert role needs hiding
Individuals can now be removed from the FCA Directory if they do not have a role.
On the ‘Individuals without a role’ page, all individuals will now have an ‘Ignore’ option.

Once clicked, a confirmation overlay will load explaining that ignoring a role is permanent and can’t be reversed.

Once confirmed, the individual will be removed from the ‘Individual without a role’ page.
If the individual is added to the certification regime again in the future, they will be re added to the FCA Directory.
FCA Directory - Show function detail
When viewing the FCA directory change notification pages, where a change involves an SHF, the function name will now show in the audit detail column.
