Summary of Changes

Merge Exception and Appeal Configurations

We have updated and merged the pages for configuring exception and appeal workflows. This new page is called 'Workflow Configurations' and can be accessed from the 'My Company' option on the toolbar:

This will take you to a summary page which shows all of the existing configuration options you have, including a summary of the number of policies, events and journey steps where this configuration is currently in use. To create a new set of configurations, click the 'Add New Workflow Configuration' button:

 

To configure a new exception/appeal workflow, you can check the boxes of the users that you wish to be able to request and grant/deny an exception or uphold/reject an appeal. You will notice there are toggles that can be opened if you wish to configure approvals for requests and second approvals for outcomes:

 

When viewing a workflow configuration, we have the ability to show the detail of where the configuration is in use. Clicking 'usage' on the left hand menu will display a list of all of the events, policies and journeys where the workflow is currently in use. You can click 'Manage' to be taken to the relevant event/policy/journey page to amend this if needed:

 

Increase Document Upload Limit

We have increased the size limit for document uploads to 40MB
