Release notes for version V1.0.9075

Back date Certificate end date

When revoking a certificate, it is now possible to add an end date. The end date must fall in the range of the certificate issue date and the current date.

Previously, the revoke date could not be set by the user and would be set automatically to the current date.

Once confirmed, the revoke date and reason will appear on the certificate as usual.

Forms login – Set a forms user password expiry period

A password expiry period can now be set to apply to Forms users. This setting is for system admins only and is on the ‘system admin’ page under the ‘system settings’ tab.

The default value is 60 days. Any number between 1 and 999 can be entered; any other numbers outside of this boundary will not save and a validation message will show. When a forms user logs in, and the password expiry is due to occur within 14 days, a banner will appear on the dashboard prompting the user to update their password.

Clicking the link in the banner will allow the user to update their password.

If the password expires, then the next time the user logs in, they must update their password before proceeding into the system.

Forms login – Password complexity

The password complexity requirements for Forms users have been strengthened. The new rules are:

Minimum 12 characters

At least 1 upper case character

At least 1 lower case character

At least 1 special character

Existing customers will not be affected by the change until it is time for their password to be updated. New customers will use the new requirements effective immediately.

Users signing in with AAD will be unaffected by this change.
