All individual export
A new option of ‘All individual export’ is now present on the Admin’s ‘Manage admin role’ page which will be available for selection provided the admin has been given access to all firms and regimes.
Given the sensitivity of this option, it will NOT be given to all Admin users by default.

Admin users who have been given access will now see a new download option when they navigate to the ‘Individuals’ page.

Selecting the option will enable the ’Export individuals’ overlay. The reason for the export is mandatory and will default to export all firms and regimes.

Individuals can be exported from a single or multiple firms/regimes by selecting the ‘Firms’ and ‘Regimes’ dropdown list and selecting the required options.
Once the ‘Export’ option has been selected, the export process will start and an information message will be displayed showing the progress of the export.

It is possible for the Admin user to navigate to other areas in IAR as the export process may take some time. Once completed the file will be automatically downloaded locally on the users device.
Once the download has been completed a sensitive information record will be record in the history and will display the name of the user who exported the data along with the date and time of the export.

Individual linked to F&Ps deactivated from feed page
Individuals can no longer be deactivated if they are a respondent or a reviewer for an assessment.
Attempting to deactivate the individual on the feed page will refresh the page and the individual will have a new tooltip explaining why they can’t be deactivated.

Increase Certificate import
The certificate import template will now dynamically update and create a function column for the same number of functions that are in the system, for example 11 functions for the UK.

and 13 function columns for Ireland.

Additional Data - Remove leading/trailing whitespace
Leading and trailing white spaces will now be removed from the field names on additional fields.
Certificate - Allow issued certificate to be reverted to draft
Certificates that have been issued and are still valid, i.e. not expired or revoked, can now be reverted to a draft state if they have been issued in error.
When viewing a valid certificate a new option of ‘Set to draft’ will be displayed on the certificate summary page.

When selected, the confirmation overlay will be enabled and show a message advising that the certificate will be reverted to ‘Draft’. The overlay also advises that this option is not to be confused with making amendments to a certificate. If an amendment is required, it should be amended in the usual way.

Confirming the overlay will set the certificate back to a draft state.

Whilst in a draft state the certificate can still be amended and re-issued or cancelled by selecting the required option on the certificate summary page.

Assessment - Allow passed/failed assessment to be reverted to previous state
When viewing an individual's latest assessment that is either in a pending completion, passed, or failed state, an option of ‘Set to previous state’ will be displayed on the assessment page.
Please note: This is only for use when an assessment has been issued in error.

Selecting the option will display the confirmation overlay which will advise the state the assessment will be returned to, either ‘Ready to respond’ or ‘First/Second line review’.
The confirmation statement checkbox is mandatory and must be selected before the assessment can be reverted to its previous state.

When the ‘Confirm’ option is selected the assessment will return to the previous state and the widgets and assessment status bars will be updated accordingly. The assessment can now be managed by an Admin User or the last reviewer as appropriate.
When an individual is certified and they have an active certificate, the confirmation overlay will display the following additional warning ‘The individual has an issued certificate. Setting this assessment to the previous state will not revoke the certificate’.

Multiple Assessments – Allow passed/failed assessment to be reverted to previous state
Assessments that were created as part of the multiple assessment process can also be reverted as part of one process. On each multiple assessment summary page, there will be a new button labelled ‘Set all to previous states’. The button will be enabled if at least one assessment can be set back to a previous state.
When pressing the button, an overlay will load with a count of how many assessments can be set back, and a list of all individuals that will be set back, along with their current and previous state.

Like the single process, the user must click the confirmation checkbox before proceeding. Once the process has complete running, all eligible assessments will be moved back.
Assessments that were raised as part of a multiple assessment can be set back individually, by navigating to the specific assessment.
Assessment - Remove sections and questions list from setup page
The sections and questions panel has been removed from the assessment set up pages as all sections and questions are visible via the ‘Manage sections & questions’ page.
