Create a New Group Type
Steps to create a new group type in PRM

Group types allow you to categorize multiple groups under a specific category, such as Job Role, Location, and more. You can create new group types and assign groups to them, making it easier to set rules and conditions for specific groups of individuals. For example, let's create a new group type called Department.

 

First navigate to My Company > Manage Group Types and then Add New Group Type:

 

 

Once created, you can also assign the new group type an icon:

 

 

You can now begin creating new groups and adding them to this group type.
