Overnight Individual Import - Ignore invalid/red records

It is now possible to ignore invalid records that have been sent via the overnight import.

Where the check box is selected against an invalid record the ‘Ignore selected record(s)’ option will now be enabled.

The confirmation overlay will be displayed, and a reason can be added.

Once the ‘Ignore record(s)’ option is selected the records will be removed from the overnight individual import exceptions page to the ‘Ignored individuals’ page.

The invalid records will remain on the ignored list until the individuals import record is changed in any other way or it is manually removed from the page.

Multiple invalid or update records can be ignored at the same time however, the ignored reason will be the same for each record.

It is not possible to ignore new individuals.

Create Comply tab

A ‘Comply’ tab has been added to the navigation menu.

The tab will redirect the user to https://www.comply.com/.
