When building new SoRs or making changes to an existing, the final part of the process is setting the SoR to a live state. Sometimes the option to set the SoR to live will not show. This can be due to a number of different reasons, you are able to check this using the SoR Checklist.

To get to this checklist, select view all statement of responsibilities.

In the current status checklist (Image below) this will highlight any issues with the SoR that would be preventing it from being set to live. The most frequent things that often cause this issue to occur is if responsibilities are shared with no shared reason or if a committee is in the SoR with no position logged.
