Summary of changes
Future date deactivations
When selecting to deactivate an individual a new checkbox to automatically deactivate the individual in the future is displayed in the confirmation overlay.

When selected the option is expanded and a future date can be entered.

When viewing the individual, a banner is displayed showing that the individual is due to be deactivated and the scheduled deactivation date.

Should the deactivation no longer be required or an incorrect date has been entered, select the ‘Cancel scheduled deactivation’ option from the hamburger menu on the individual's summary page. The option to deactivate the individual again is now present and can be recompleted if required.

Should a deactivation failure occur, and email will be received by the Admin user who set up the deactivation, where the reasons why the deactivation failed will be displayed.

If the individual is viewed directly on IAR a red banner will be displayed with a link to show the reasons why the deactivation could not take place.

Once all the reasons preventing the individual from being deactivated are rectified, the individual can either be re-scheduled for deactivation or can be deactivated manually in the usual way.
Assessment emails - Add validation to tags
Tags within emails are now validated to ensure they match those allowed within the email.
Should a tag not exist or be as expected, upon saving the changes to the email template an error message will be displayed. The changes will not save until all tags are correct.

Delegation - show original date delegation notification sent
When viewing the delegation page for an individual, the date the involved individuals were originally notified is now displayed in addition to the date they were last notified.

Ireland – All PCFs require CF1
CF1 will now be added automatically to all certificates belonging to individuals in the ‘Pre-approved controlled functions’ regime.
When a draft certificate is created, CF1 will be added. Like any other controlled function, this can be removed if required.

Certificates created via the ‘run function assignment’ and ‘certificate import’ will also have CF1 included automatically on relevant certificates, even if it is not included in the configuration/import file.
Email for successful deactivation
An e-mail is now sent out if a future date deactivation is successful.
There is a new e-mail template under the ‘Individual’ section on the email templates page.

A group e-mail can be configured to receive the e-mail.
The e-mail will list all successful deactivations from the previous night.
Certification progress bars
The ‘Certification’ option in the navigation menu now links to the ‘Set up certification’ page.
The certificates progress bar has been added to the top of the ‘Set up certification’ page. The original landing page can still be accessed by clicking the ‘View certification summary’ button in the right-hand sidebar.
