CPD Activity Count Limits

We have added new controls in the CPD targets to limit the amount of a single activity that can be counted towards that target. For example you may only want an activity to count towards a target a single time. This can be configured per activity from the CPD target.

To access this, navigate to the CPD target and you will see the new Activity Count Limit options on the right:

From here you can add one or more activities and set the number of times that activity counts towards the target, as an example we will set a 1-2-1 to only be counted towards the CPD target a single time:

These limits can also be applied to Sub-Targets:

CPD Filter Enhancements

The filters on the CPD report page have been enhanced to provide greater visibility of historical targets within a selected time period.

Previously, the system would only display an individual's latest CPD target, but users can now look back and view completed targets from previous periods. For example and individual may have a 2025 target, but you may wish to view their targets from 2023 and 2024 - you can no do so by using the Applicable Between filters:

This improvement provides better insight into the individuals progress on previous targets.
