Record New CPD Activity
To start recording a CPD activity, navigate to the CPD > Add to My CPD > Record New CPD Activity.

Filling in CPD Activity Details
The below options will then be presented to you:
- Activity
- Subject
- Due Date
- Completed Date
- Rationale

Only the Due Date is mandatory; however, if the activity has been completed, this will also need to entered.
Pre-Populate CPD
The pre-populate CPD section allows you to fill in CPD information about the activity if it has already been completed and contains the below sections:
- Development Name: Enter the name of the development activity.
- Development Category: Select a category from the dropdown list.
- CPD Started On: Specify the date the CPD activity began.
- Development Duration: Input the total duration of the activity in hours and minutes.
- CPD Completed On: Enter the date the CPD activity was completed.
- Development Type: Choose whether the activity is structured or unstructured.

Duration, Completed Date, and Target must be filled in for this activity to count as CPD.
Additional Information
This an optional section that can be toggled on and contains the following:
- Learning Validation: Select any relevant learning validations.
- Development Reason: Explain why this activity was undertaken.
- Reflective Statement: Include your thoughts on what you learned.
- Learning Outcomes: Describe the outcomes you expect from this activity.

Completing the CPD Activity Recording
Once all applicable details are filled in, click Next and you will see a modal confirming that your CPD activity has been successfully recorded. This modal will also display your progress towards the assigned targets, a button to view the activity and to assign more CPD.
