Within IAR there are a number of useful reports that the system produces. These reports can be exported to excel for sharing internally and data analysis.

To get to the reports part of the system. Navigate to the Reports drop down option on the top menu.

There are a number of reports that the system generates. Below are a number of the most frequently used reports.

To export a report select the three dots option on the top right of the table.

Select Export data, we recommend to export data in current layout.

This is how you can export any report in the system.

Fit and Proper

As part of Fit and Proper assessments it is useful to have the ability to see what respondents are outstanding. This can be easily done through the 'Assessments in Progress' report.

To track the progress of individual respondents the 'By Respondent' report is the best to view respondents as well as the number of questions assigned to them and the number of questions they have answered.

This report will allow you to view how many questions individuals have answers out of the questions assigned to them.

Senior Management

For Senior managers, it can be highly valuable to have an excel report with Senior managers and their assigned SMFs and the assigned Responsibilities. This can be found under Senior Manager Reporting.

Additionally, you are able to view responsibilities within a specified time period.

Certification

The best certification report for showing your certified population and the SHF currently assigned to them.

You're able to filter the report by firm or individual SHF.
