Sometimes when generating an MRM pdf document to download, either from a preview or a version, you may come across an error when generating this document. Below is an example screenshot of the error.

If you do receive this error it is possible that the monitor that you are currently using has a high resolution that has been scaled. To fix this issue from occurring, navigate to Windows settings.

Once in settings select System.

Then under display, scroll down to the Scale and layout options, if this is scaled to more the 100%, this will be a cause of errors with MRM generation.

Once the monitor is scaled to 100%, apply the changes and the MRM pdf should generate with no issues.
