Updating Supervisory Assessments
Steps on how to update Supervisory Assessments in PRM

To update a supervisory assessment, start by navigating to the Activities tab and selecting Supervisory Assessments > Manage Frameworks from the drop-down.

 

 

Selecting a Framework

From the Manage Frameworks page, choose the framework you wish to update.

 

Choosing a Tool to Update

After selecting the framework, choose the specific tool you want to update.

Edit Screen Overview

Once you are in the edit screen, there are several configurable sections:

 

Defaults

  • Default Rating Set
  • Default Response Set

 

Standards

Adjust the standards to align with your assessment requirements.

 

Default Meeting Tags

Define meeting tags relevant to the framework.

 

Additional Fields

Add any additional fields you wish to display

 

Hidden Assessor

The hidden assessor feature is optional. To configure this, start by ticking the box above the settings.

 

Tool Options

  • Appeals
  • Sign-Off Options
  • Development/CPD

 

Assessed Individual Groups

Assessed individual groups are optional. To restrict the individuals who can be selected for this tool, choose specific groups.

 

Assessor Groups

Assessor groups are also optional. To restrict the individuals who can be selected as assessors for this tool, select groups from the list.

 

Updating a Standard

To update a standard, click the edit icon next to the standard you want to modify.

 

Edit Standards

 

From here, you can update the following:

  • Rating Sets
  • Standard Steps
  • Texts
  • Descriptions

 

Once you’ve made your changes, use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to preview, export, and save the updated assessment form.

 

Important Note

Changes will only affect future assessments. Any assessments currently in progress will continue to use the previous configuration.
