Send an assessment back to a respondent
How reviewers of an assessment can send questions back to the respondent

When answering assessments, some people may answer incorrectly by mistake or the system flags an adverse response where the individual has not included sufficient additional details.

For these scenarios, the system allows reviewers to send assessments back to the individual in order to change their answers or give further details.

As the reviewer, navigate to the question or questions you want to send back to the respondent and select 'Mark response as incomplete'.

When the reviewer has selected this option, the reviewer can then select 'Mark assessment incomplete' This will then send the assessment back to only the individual who is assigned the question that has been marked incomplete.

Once the respondent has made the amends they need and resubmitted their answers, the reviewer can then deselect the 'Mark response as incomplete' and complete their review.
