Bulk issuing allows you to issue certificates for multiple individuals simultaneously. If no draft certificates exist, you can create them using the Certificate Renewal Wizard.

Starting the Bulk Issuance

To begin, navigate to the Certification tab and select Set Up Certification, then choose Issue Certificates.

Configuring the Issuance

On the next page, you can choose to issue certificates based on job position. A list of individuals who will receive new certificates will be displayed, including their Fit and Proper (F&P) expiry dates.

You can review this list and omit any individuals as needed. Once finalized, click Issue Certificates.

Finalizing the Issuance

Set the issue date for the certificates and decide if notifications should be sent to the individual, their line manager, and/or the regulatory manager.

Click Issue Certificates to complete the process, issuing the certificates for the selected individuals.
