Adding documents to the system

You can save documents to an Individual by going to their profile and clicking the Documents button.

 

 

Find the folder you want to save the document to and click Add documentation.

 

 

Select the folder where you would like to save the document, the Document type, then select the file location and enter the information, or select the file to upload. Finally click Add to complete the action.

 

 

You can create new Documentation folders and file types by going to Individuals and clicking the settings cog.

 

 

Select Documentation folders from the left hand menu, then you can add/remove and edit the folders as required. The same applies for Document types, also on the left hand menu.
