Summary of changes
Show addition data fields on assessment questions - Export by question
If an assessment question has an additional field linked to it and a new assessment has been created and the individual has a value for the additional field, when the respondent (who must be a user) exports the answer by question template, the excel file will now display the additional fields.
Where an individual does not have a value for the specified additional field, it will display ‘N/A’.

The file can then be imported with the answer to the question and any additional detail. Please note, the additional field values cannot be updated in this import.
Show adverse responses in all assessment stages
Adverse responses will now be highlighted during the assessment response and review process.
Once a staged assessment has progressed past Stage 1, any questions that failed in a previous stage will be highlighted to the respondents and reviewers. There will be a red icon with the number of failed questions, and the questions will be highlighted in red when the section is expanded.

Auditor role access
Auditor access has been updated so that access can be granted for certain areas of the system.
On the user profile page, there will be a new option called ‘Manage auditor role’ (if the user has the ‘auditor’ role).

The page that loads will include checkboxes for system area access, firm access and regime access, similar to the ’manage admin role’ page.

Access can be tailored to the exact needs/responsibilities of the auditor, and will take effect when the auditor next logs in.
The selected access will also show on the user profile page.
