Within the firm, select customise functions.

You will then have a list of functions that apply to your firm. Some may not be applicable to your specific firm, to mark the function not applicable, select mark not applicable next to the function.

You will need to give a reason why the function is not applicable, this will show on the MRM, click mark not applicable to confirm.
