Summary of changes
Future deactivate individuals while not valid
It is now possible to set individuals up to be deactivated in the future, even if they currently have outstanding tasks/responsibilities.
Once ‘Deactivate individual’ is clicked, the confirmation overlay will appear and will list all reasons why the individual can’t be deactivated.
Now, users can select ‘Automatically deactivate on a future date’ which will allow them to enter a description and deactivate date.
If the individual’s invalid reasons have been removed by the deactivation date, they will automatically deactivate.
If any of the individual’s invalid reasons are still applicable by the deactivation date, the individual will not deactivate, and an e-mail will be sent to the recipient of the corresponding e-mail template.
Assessment toolkit – Assign multiple assigned forms
It is now possible to assign multiple forms at once on assessment toolkit.
On the ‘Overview’ page, there is now a button called ‘Assign Forms’.
The button is also available in the sidebar for each form category too.
This leads to a page with a list of all available forms that can be assigned. Select as many as needed with the checkbox column and then click ‘Continue’ in the bottom left.
The next page will show a summary of each form including any assessors that the form will go to.
For ‘form per assessor’ forms and ‘multiple assessor form’ types, the assessors are previously set when the form is configured, so those form assessors will be listed in a read-only view. (To change assessors, navigate back to the form config and update).
For ‘dynamic forms’, an ‘Add Assessors’ button will be present. Click this and select which users should receive the form. Dynamic forms can also be toggled to send a ‘form per assessor’ - this means that each assessor selected will receive a unique copy of the form. Leave this toggle off if only one shared form for multiple assessors is required.
