Summary of changes
Key Indicator - Add option to select if Client/Firm/Other
When creating or updating a policy breach a new option of ‘Policy breach impact’ will now be displayed on the breach record. The option will default to ‘Not applicable’ for new and existing breach records but can be changed as to the required by selecting the required option.

If any option other than ‘Not applicable’ is selected the field will be displayed when viewing the breach record overlay.

A system label for ‘Impact’ has been added in the ‘Key indicators’ section and can be changed as required.
Overnight Individual Import - Ignore import records - deactivations
A record marked for deactivation can now be ignored on the overnight individual import exceptions page.
Select the required record and then the ‘ignore selected record(s)’ option.

The confirmation overlay is then displayed and an ignore reason can be added if required.

The record will then be displayed on the ‘Ignored individuals’ tab where the record will remain until any other data for the individual is changed in the import or it is manually removed.

Mark customer engagements as not required
Customer engagements can now be marked as not required. This can be set on the ‘Individuals without customer engagements’ page (accessed via Manage > FCA Directory).

On this page, individuals will have a ‘Mark not applicable’ button next to their record.

Once selected and confirmed, the individual will no longer require a customer engagement and will be removed from the list.
If this action needs to be reversed, navigate to the individual’s FCA directory page, and edit their role.

On the ‘Update role’ overlay, there will be a ’Mark not applicable’ toggle that can be toggled off - this will make customer engagements a requirement again.
