To customise reasonable steps against a firm click Firms, select the firm required, then Customise reasonable steps.

The page opens with the list of default reasonable steps loaded. They can be marked as applicable/not applicable to that firm by clicking the button to the right.

To add custom reasonable steps click the Custom tab and the + Add reasonable step button.

Complete the form with a heading and question and click create.

The custom reasonable steps will be listed and available to select against an individual.
