It is important to to add responsibilities into the system to cover the key business areas within the firm. These can be Overall Responsibilities and Other responsibilities.
Overall Responsibility refers to a senior manager's ultimate accountability for overseeing an entire business area or function within the firm. Other Responsibility covers more specific duties or tasks assigned to a senior manager that are narrower in scope.
To create a new responsibility start by selecting Manager -> Responsibilities.

You can then view all the responsibilities that are in the system. To create a new responsibility click the + icon

You will then have the ability to enter the details of the responsibility. First you will need to select if you're creating a new Overall or Other responsibility. If you're creating an overall, you have the option of a dropdown with preselected responsibility titles in. You are able to select 'other' on the dropdown and enter your own title as shown below.
Within this form you are also able to select what firm the responsibility applies to as well as add the narrative.

Once you click create you will then be able to add the responsibility to senior managers SoRs.
