CPD in 1-2-1s

We have introduced the ability to include CPD as a discussion point in 1-2-1s. When adding discussion points, you will now see the CPD option:

Clicking this will display the CPD target relevant to the individual, or if adding via policy any CPD target in PRM can be selected:

Within the 1-2-1, this will display the CPD target and the progress, with the option to add discussion points around the target:

When exporting the 1-2-1 to PDF, you are able to export a blank 1-2-1 including the CPD discussion point, or a populated 1-2-1 which will export any comments added to the discussion point, as below:
