Summary of Changes
Change password – Show/Hide password option
Forms users now have the choice to show or hide the password text when changing their password.
This change applies to the ‘Change password’ page accessed via the ‘My profile’ page (when logged in), or the ‘Reset password’ page (when logged out).
Each password field will have an eye symbol. Clicking each eye symbol will display the password text (as seen below). Click the eye symbol again to hide the text once more.

F&P enhancement - default to 'Only assign questions relevant...'
When selecting to use a template on the multiple assessment wizard, the ‘Only assign questions relevant to each individual’ will now be selected by default. If all questions are required to be assigned to all individuals then the relevant option can be selected in the usual way.

F&P export questions per template
When viewing an assessment template, a new option of ‘Export questions’ is now available.

When the option is selected, the questions will be exported to an Excel spreadsheet and downloaded automatically.
The export will include all Form A, Custom and statement questions that are included in the template and will display the following fields:
Section, Question, Question type, Result required to pass, Is documentation required to pass?, Allow additional detail, Stage, Review comments, Self assessment only, Template only question, Firm name, Position, FCA Role, Template name, Automatic document filing, Documentation folder, Document type.

F&P Enhancement – Show additional details on multiple assessment summary
The multiple assessment summary page has been updated to include several details relevant to the multiple assessment.
The summary page will now include the following details which were selected during the assessment creation:
· Template
· Include individuals expiring soon – yes/no
- If yes, show ‘expires within x days’
· Include inactive individuals – yes/no
· Assessment valid from
· Expiry date/expiry period
· Created date
· Created by

Forms login - Ability to resend welcome email with first set password link
The ‘welcome email’ that can be sent to ‘Forms’ users can now be sent more than once.
The ‘Send email’ button will remain on the user profile and can be used as many times as needed. Each new e-mail will invalidate the one previous.

Once a password has been set, the ‘Send email’ button will be removed from the user profile.
Assessment - Update answer by question export sheet columns
When a user who is a respondent on an assessment(s) and they view the answer by question page and export the answers for a single question, the export file will now display the individuals details into the following columns:
· Individual
· Staff reference number
· Type (Fit & proper, Attestation, Good repute)
· Assessment name
· Answer
· Additional detail
The question and section fields remain unchanged. Once completed the export file can be imported in the usual way.
Assessments:
Reviewer settings – Assessment template
Reviewer configurations can now be added as part of an assessment template. Previously, all templates used the reviewer configuration on the assessment set up page.
Each assessment template page will have a new button labelled ‘Configure reviewers’.

This will load a ‘configure reviewers’ overlay that is just for this template. The default options on the overlay will be the same as the reviewer configuration on the assessment set up page.

Once set, any assessments created using the template will use this reviewer configuration instead of the assessment set up reviewer configuration.
Reviewer settings - Assessment wizard
The assessment wizard (single and multiple) will now display the review settings that will be used for the assessment on the Reviewers tab.
If a template is not used the assessment will use the default settings added on the assessment set up page and will show that the ‘System review settings’ are being used.

Where a template is selected, the reviewer setting will show that the ‘Template review settings’ are being used. This is regardless of whether a specific review setting has been added to the template or whether the template is using the default settings.

Show last background screening date on assessment questions – Configuration
Assessment configurations have a new option to add a background screening date to a question.

When the background screening feature is turned on, there will be a new ’Show additional data’ advanced option on the create/update question page.
Within the ‘Show additional data’ dropdown will be an option for ‘Show individual last background screening date.’
Once set, the option will appear on the manage sections & questions page.

Add background screening date to assessment questions
An individuals background screening date can now be added for reference to an assessment.
Once a question has been configured to show the background screening date the date will appear in the following places (read-only):
· Responding to, or reviewing an assessment
· On the assessment summary page
· On the assessment PDF


Display SHF's against firms
When viewing a fit and proper assessment an individual who is certified and they have an issued certificate, the assessment summary page will now display all the individuals' firms and where appropriate, the SHFs linked to each firm.
Where the individual is in multiple firms a ‘Show more’ option will be available. Which. when selected will expand to display all data.

Selecting the ‘Show more’ option, expands the field to display all firms.
