Dashboard - Filter records
The individual overview dashboard has a new filter so individuals can be filtered by:
- Firm
- Position
- Regime
- Employment status
- Location
- Department
Selecting any of the options in the overlay will display the available options for each category. Select ‘Save’ to apply the changes and filter the individuals accordingly. The filtered options will remain in place until either they are amended or the filter is reset.
As firms can now be filtered in the main filter, the check box to hide firms within the ‘Customise table’ filter has been removed, however all other filters for the firms remain.
Filter stages to renotify respondents (1 of 2)
The filtered staged assessment pages can now be filtered on stages.
For any of the three assessment types, navigate to the landing page and click on any segments of the 'Stages progress' bar, to go to the resulting page (i.e. staged assessments ready to respond/in progress/overdue etc).
On the following page, there is a new filter allowing the user to filter all results by stages. Users can filter by
Prescribed Responsibility J3
The prescribed responsibility J3 has been added to UK Large firms that are in the banking sector. The responsibility can be applied and managed in the same way as all other prescribed responsibilities.
Allow SoR live date to be manually set
When setting a Statement of Responsibilities (SoR) or Responsibilities Statement (RS) to live, the confirmation overlay will now display a Live from date, pre-populated with today's date.
The date can be changed subject to the following rules:
- If no previous SoR or RS exists, any date in the past may be selected.
- If a previous SoR or RS exists, any date after the live date of the most recent version may be selected.
- A future date cannot be selected.
The selected Live from date will appear on the generated PDF document.
