Assessments – View previous responses

Respondents can now view an assessments previous set of responses.

To turn this optional feature on, navigate to the assessment type’s (fit & proper/attestation/good repute) set up page and select the button on the right-hand side titled ‘Assessment settings’.

Once on, respondents will see a ‘View previous response’ link alongside each question.

Clicking this will show the question text (as it was at the time of the previous response), the yes/no answer, and the additional details. Next to the additional details is a copy symbol. This is a shortcut that will automatically ‘copy’ the additional details.

If a question has been updated since the previous assessment, the previous response will still be displayed, but must be carefully reviewed as it may no longer be relevant to the question. A warning will display on the ‘Update question’ page to remind the user of this possibility.

There will also be a warning when viewing the previous response.

If multiple attestations is turned on, each attestation template will be treated as a separate set of responses. A question can be used in multiple attestation templates, but only the previous response from an assessment using the same template will show.

Increase firm name characters 

The character limit on a firm name has been increased to a maximum of 80 characters.
