Amending an existing sections or questions
From the homepage navigate to Assessments, F&P or Attestation.

Go to Manage sections & questions.

From the Manage Sections and Questions page click to expand the section to be amended/deleted.

From the Manage Sections and Questions page click to expand where the question is. Click the pen icon next to the question you want to edit, the bin icon to delete, or the arrow to change the order of the question in that section.

You can then make any amendments in the update question configuration page as required, detailed below. Click Update at the bottom to save any changes.

Section: Choose the section under which this question will appear (e.g., Line Manager).
Question: Enter the text of the question, which can include formatting and links if needed.
Question Type:
- Yes/No: The assessee must select either yes or no. You can specify which response will be considered a pass.
- Statement: This type does not require a response but can be acknowledged by the individual and is useful for providing information.
Documentation Required to Pass:
- Yes: Documentation is mandatory.
- No: Documentation is optional, though it can still be added.
- Not Available: No documentation can be added for this question.
Additional Details:
- Always required: Documentation is mandatory for completion.
- Required if response results in a pass: Documentation is required if the answer matches the pass criteria.
- Required if response results in a fail: Documentation is required if the answer matches the fail criteria.
- Optional: Additional details are displayed but not mandatory.
- Not available (hidden): Additional details will not be displayed.
Automatically File Documents:
- Yes: You must specify a documentation folder, and optionally, a document type.
- No: No documentation folder is required.
Filter Options:
- Firm: Filter the question to a specific firm or all firms.
- Position: Filter the question to a specific position or all positions.
- Regime: Filter the question to a specific regime or all regimes.
Advanced Options:
- Stage: Set the stage for the question (e.g., stage 2 will display it in the second stage of the assessment).
Review Comments:
- Always Required: The reviewer must always add comments for this question.
- Required if response results in a pass: Comments are required if the assessee’s response matches the pass criteria.
- Required if response results in a fail: Comments are required if the assessee’s response matches the fail criteria.
- Optional: Comments can be added but are not mandatory.
- Not Available (hidden): The option to add comments is hidden from the reviewer.
Self-Assessment Only:
Marks the question as only assignable to the individual being assessed.
Template Only:
Limits the question to be available when using a specific template.
* It is worth noting amendments to existing sections and questions will pull through to templates automatically. Any new sections and questions will need to adding to the template.
Go to manage templates

Click Add sections and questions.

Select to add/remove any sections questions and click Update to save the changes
