Steps to Assign SMF functions
To assign SMFs to a Senior manager go to the individual's SoR. Create a new SoR if they don't already have one by clicking Start.
On a draft or new SoR click the SMF tab and then Add SMFs.
To amend a live SoR with additional functions, expand the Senior manager block on the individual's profile and click View to open the Live SoR.
Click the Make amendment button to put the SoR into draft then follow the steps above for new and draft SoRs.
