Attaching Documentation to an Individual Profile
How to attach documents to individuals within the system.

Navigate to a individuals and find the relevant person record

 

 

Click on the Documentation tab against the individual

 

 

Click Add documentation

 

 

Select the folder you would wish to add the documents to and select Attachment as per below

 

 

Once a document is uploaded you have to the options to Remove, Update, Archive or state a Review of the document.
