Summary of changes

Dashboard - Show and hide entities

A new option to customise the data that is displayed on the ‘All individuals’ dashboard is now available.

Selecting the option will enable the ‘Customise table’ overlay.  At the top of the overlay, ‘All firms’ is displayed with each firm listed underneath and the assessment options listed at the bottom.  All options and firms are selected by default.

Expanding the ‘All firms’ option will reveal 3 firm options which when selected or deselected will affect all firms. When the option is selected the dashboard will display the information where relevant to the individual.  De-selecting the option will hide the information from the dashboard.

If required, the data displayed for each firm can be customised by expanding the firm and selecting/deselecting the required options.  It is also possible to hide a firm name by deselecting the checkbox next to the name.

The assessment options at the bottom of the page can also be deselected as required and this will again show/hide the data from the dashboard.

Dashboard - Search records

A search bar has been added to the individual overview dashboard.

Users can search via free text on:

  • Individual (name / email / IRN / NINO / SRN)
  • Firm (name / FRN / position in firm)

Individual import rationale

A new rationale field has been added to the individual import.

It is an optional free-text field, max 1000 characters, that is added to the import confirmation overlay.

Once imported, the rationale that was entered can be seen on the individuals audit history page.

The rationale field will be available on all imports regardless of if its a single, multiple or full import of individuals. All individuals selected will get the same rationale added to their audit history.

Dashboard - Filter records

The individual overview dashboard has a new filter so individuals can be filtered by:

  • Firm
  • Position
  • Regime
  • Employment status
  • Location
  • Department

Selecting any of the options in the overlay will display the available options for each category. Select ‘Save’ to apply the changes and filter the individuals accordingly.   The filtered options will remain in place until either they are amended or the filter is reset.

As firms can now be filtered in the main filter, the check box to hide firms within the ‘Customise table’ filter has been removed, however all other filters for the firms remain.

Filter stages to renotify respondents (1 of 2)

The filtered staged assessment pages can now be filtered on stages.

For any of the three assessment types, navigate to the landing page and click on any segments of the 'Stages progress' bar, to go to the resulting page (i.e. staged assessments ready to respond/in progress/overdue etc).

On the following page, there is a new filter allowing the user to filter all results by stages. Users can filter by

Allow SoR live date to be manually set

When setting a Statement of Responsibilities (SoR) or Responsibilities Statement (RS) to live, the confirmation overlay will now display a Live from date, pre-populated with today's date.

The date can be changed subject to the following rules:
