Summary of changes
Assessments – User to view previous assessments
Users who are linked to an individual can now view all previous assessments (previously just the most recent assessment was available to view).
The user will be able to see any responses that they submitted, along with the assessment dates and result.

Other access rights remain the same; users will not be able to view responses given by other individuals, reviewer comments, or download the assessment PDF.
KI enhancements – Reports – Add dates
The following dates have been included on the Key indicator trend report:
· Created date
· Date identified
· Start date
· End date
All four dates have been added to the ‘Details’ tab on the report, at the end of the table.
Each date also has a filter as well, and all four fields will be included in the exportable spreadsheet.

Please note that the ‘start date’ and ‘end date’ filters do not act as a date range; setting these as ‘Jan 2025’ and ‘Sep 2025’ respectively will only include key indicator records that started in January and ended in September, it will not include any with a start date or end date in between.
Add IRN to certificate
The IRN can now be added to the certificate PDF. The options to toggle the IRN is located on the ‘Set up certification’ page, under the ‘Certificate defaults’ tab.
Once toggled on, if the individual has an IRN, then it will appear on new certificates. Pre-existing certificates can be regenerated to include the IRN.
Label on certificate to change wording
A system label has been added for the text ‘Firm the individual belongs to’, which appears on the certificate.
The system label is under the ‘Certification’ section on the system labels page.

The record will then be displayed on the ‘Ignored individuals’ tab where the record will remain until any other data for the individual is changed in the import or it is manually removed.

Mark customer engagements as not required
Customer engagements can now be marked as not required. This can be set on the ‘Individuals without customer engagements’ page (accessed via Manage > FCA Directory).
